Monica has been part of NWR Outlaws since day one and has been supporting the team in countless ways for over four years. She manages everything from UYSA registration to scheduling fields and referees, registering for tournaments and indoor leagues, and keeping communication flowing between coaches, parents, and players. If something needs doing, Monica’s probably already on it! With 11 years of playing experience, 25 years as a soccer mom and fan, and 8 years of working with kids, Monica brings both heart and hustle to her role. Outside the club, she enjoys CrossFit and spending time outdoors with her family — whether they’re camping, hunting, or taking the side-by-side out for a “Outlaws isn’t just a club — it’s a family. It’s where my kids grow, where we support each other, and where friendships are built that last well beyond the field.”
