Proud to Wear the Badge

Outlaws players wear our club badge with pride — and it shows. Our uniforms represent more than a team. They represent hard work, growth, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

FAQ's

Are uniforms included in the cost?

Uniforms and team gear are required but purchased separately. You’ll receive instructions for ordering once your player is placed on a team.

Is indoor soccer required?

We require participation in at least one indoor season per year. Most teams play in two, and players are welcome to join both.

Can my child play other sports too?

Absolutely. We support and encourage multi-sport athletes! Many of our players participate in additional activities throughout the year.

What’s included in the team fee?

Your investment covers coaching fees, tournaments, league play, indoor access, player evaluations, and more. See the full breakdown above.

Do you offer financial assistance or fundraising?

We host club-wide fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help offset costs. If you need help or have questions, reach out to a coach or manager.

What if we can’t attend the away tournament?

The cost of the away tournament is built into your annual team fees whether your player attends or not. If your family can’t make it, we’ll arrange for a guest player — but please note that we still have to cover the cost of their participation. Your payment remains the same to ensure fairness and consistency across all families, as tournament fees are calculated per team, not per player.

What is a USSF “C” License Certification for our Coach?

The U.S. Soccer “C” License is a nationally recognized coaching certification that focuses on developing high-level coaching skills in player development, game analysis, training design, and leadership. It requires months of coursework, on-field assessments, and a demonstrated understanding of youth player growth. It's one of the most advanced certifications for grassroots and competitive-level coaches — and not commonly held at the local club level. Having a coach with a “C” License means your player is being trained by someone who meets rigorous national standards for coaching excellence.

Can we split payments or create a custom plan?

Yes! We offer monthly, quarterly, and full-payment options — and if those don’t work for your family, just reach out and we’ll discuss a custom plan.

What happens if we miss a payment?

We understand that life happens. If there’s ever an issue with billing, contact us right away and we’ll work with you to get back on track.

Can I stay and watch practice?

Yes, parents are welcome to stay and watch. We just ask that you give players space and allow coaches to lead without interruption.

How do I volunteer or get involved with the club?

We love parent involvement! Reach out to a coach or club manager to learn about upcoming events or support needs — including fundraising, snacks, team parties, or club nights.

How do you track individual player growth?

Players receive one-on-one evaluations and regular feedback from coaches throughout the season. We focus on technical skills, effort, coachability, and personal goals — not just game stats.

What if my child doesn’t make a competitive team or isn’t quite ready?

Not every player is ready for the full competitive league experience — and that’s okay! Our Developmental Team Track is designed exactly for that. It’s a great option for players who are still building confidence, refining their skills, or learning the game. Developmental players train alongside our competitive teams, have access to indoor sessions and scrimmages, and benefit from the same positive coaching culture — all without the full tournament and league commitment. It’s a perfect next step on the pathway to competitive play.

You can register for the Developmental Track here

Where can I learn more about the coaches and team leadership?

You can meet our certified coaches and dedicated team leaders on the About Us page. It’s a great way to learn more about their experience, values, and the heart behind the Outlaws community.

How much are uniforms?

Uniform costs can vary slightly from year to year, depending on supplier pricing and customization options. Players receive fully customized Outlaws gear, and we do our best to keep costs reasonable while maintaining quality. Final pricing will be shared with families once the new season's kit is confirmed.
