Edgar is the founder of NWR Outlaws and has been coaching youth soccer for over eight years. He currently leads the U9, U12, and U13 teams, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to both training and personal development. Edgar holds U.S. Soccer certifications in Grassroots, F, and D licenses, and is currently pursuing his C license as he continues to expand his coaching knowledge and expertise. More than just building strong teams, Edgar believes coaching is an art — and each player is a masterpiece. His approach is deeply rooted in individual growth, focusing on building confidence, skills, and character in every athlete. Players thrive under his leadership because they’re seen, supported, and pushed to reach their unique potential — both on and off the field. “I love seeing players grow individually. Coaching is an art, and every player is a masterpiece in the making.” Outside of soccer, Edgar enjoys spending time with his horses, collecting Hot Wheels, and being outdoors with his family.
