FAQs
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes! All donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible. We will provide documentation for your records.
How long does my sponsorship last?
Each sponsorship tier covers the current season (12 months). You’ll be given first option to renew next year.
Can I sponsor a specific team or age group?
We offer club-wide exposure, but if you’d like to focus on a particular team or division (U9, U10, etc.), just let us know — we’ll do our best to match you where it fits.
How will I know where my sponsorship goes?
We’re fully transparent. Your support may help cover tournament fees, jerseys, scholarships, equipment, field rentals, or indoor training — all critical pieces that keep the club running and affordable for families.
What if I was referred by an Outlaws family?
Awesome! Just include their athlete’s name when you submit your sponsorship, and a portion of your support will go toward their fees as a thank-you.
Will my logo appear on jerseys or banners right away?
Yes — once your sponsorship is confirmed and your logo file is received, we’ll include it in our next round of production (practice shirts, banners, etc.). Timing depends on print deadlines, but we’ll keep you in the loop.
Can I come to events or be publicly recognized?
Absolutely! Gold and Platinum sponsors will be invited to our end-of-season celebration and recognized during special events. If you’d like to attend a tournament, set up a table, or be acknowledged during awards, let us know — we’d love to feature you.
What kind of exposure does the tournament naming opportunity include?
Our annual tournament includes digital marketing, community-wide promotions, signage, branded awards, and social media coverage. Your logo will appear alongside the tournament name in all official materials. It’s a great way to connect your brand with a major community event.
Can I customize part of my sponsorship (gear, giveaways, etc.)?
Yes! We love creative partnerships. If you have a branded item you’d like to donate, a product you’d like to offer to families, or want to sponsor gear like warm-up hoodies or water bottles, we’re happy to collaborate.
Can I make monthly contributions instead of paying all at once?
Yes — we understand that timing matters, and we want to make sponsorship as accessible as possible. If you’d like to support the club as a Gold or Platinum sponsor but prefer to spread it out monthly, we’re happy to work with you.Just let us know — flexible payment options are available upon request.
